Your hair comes to us from our supplier first, then we send it by tracked UK delivery. Allow 7–12 working days from ordering. We email your tracking number as soon as it's sent.

Yes, for UK addresses. Tracked UK delivery is included in the price, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Yes. Choose your country at checkout and you'll see the tracked delivery cost before you pay. Part of the delivery cost is already in our prices, so international delivery often costs less than you'd expect. Allow 3–7 working days on top of our usual delivery time. Your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives, and these are paid by you.

As a guide: a full wig takes 3 to 5 bundles, a sew-in 1 to 4, a bob 2 to 3 and a ponytail 2. Each bundle is 100g. Going 26" or longer? Add one extra bundle so the ends stay full.

You can return unopened bundles in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we can't take back hair that has been unsealed, washed, coloured or worn.

Wash with a sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner, detangle from the ends up with a wide-tooth comb, and use heat protectant before styling. Curly and wavy textures last longest when air-dried.
